At GiftNYou, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We take great care in curating, packaging, and delivering your gifts to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Opened individual gift items
Customized or personalized gift boxes
Perishable goods such as flowers or chocolates
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
These orders are processed based on customer specifications and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Return Eligibility
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. To be eligible:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customercare@giftnyou.com with photos and a description of the issue.
The product must be returned to us after receiving our confirmation.
Once the return is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
Refund Processing Time
If your return is accepted, we aim to process your refund within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Please note that the actual time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or dispatched. Once the order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. For urgent cancellation requests, please contact us at customercare@giftnyou.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Charges on Returns
In most cases, return shipping charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent). Any such case will be reviewed by our team before approval.
