GiftNYou is a brand owned and managed by Spectra Nova Trading L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, UAE. All transactions, customer interactions, and services offered under GiftNYou are legally operated under Spectra Nova Trading L.L.C.

2. Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You will provide accurate and truthful information when placing an order or creating an account.

  • You will not use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

3. Products & Services

We specialize in premium gifting solutions including perfumes, flowers, chocolates, wellness items, seasonal hampers, and custom branded gift sets. Product images are for illustrative purposes, and slight variations may occur due to availability or customization requests.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout using our secure payment gateway.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in product description, pricing, or stock availability.

5. Customized & Bespoke Orders

All customized or personalized products (including logo printing, engraved items, and tailored gift sets) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed. Please ensure that all customization details are correct before placing the order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across the UAE. Delivery timelines and costs are specified in our Shipping Policy. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, courier delays, etc.) are beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, as per our Refund Policy. Customized products and opened individual items are non-returnable. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Spectra Nova Trading L.L.C and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
